Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ‘GDPR’).
The GDPR introduces new legal solutions regarding the principles of personal data processing. The main objective of the GDPR is to strengthen the protection of personal data of natural persons collected and processed by companies and institutions operating within the European Union.
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), I hereby inform you:

Chorzowska 17, operating on the basis of an entry in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP 7962640120. - Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: Responding to customer inquiries interested in the company’s offer, preparing offers, and managing the sales process.
- The subject of processing your personal data includes:
Employer’s name, first name, last name, phone number, email address. - The recipients of your personal data are: The Administrator and entities providing advisory, consulting, auditing, IT, programming, postal, and courier services, as well as legal and tax assistance to the Administrator.
- Personal data, in the case of issuing sales documents, will be stored for the period required by law, otherwise – for the period necessary to handle the inquiry.
- You have the right, in relation to your personal data, to:
- request access to personal data from the Administrator,
- request rectification of personal data from the Administrator,
- request erasure of data processed unlawfully,
- request restriction of data processing,
- object to the processing of personal data,
- lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations.
Providing data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide data may prevent us from responding to your inquiry and fulfilling your order.
