a. contract performance for the duration of the contract and settlements after its termination (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b)),
b. fulfilling our legal obligations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c)), e.g.,
· issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents for the period specified by the Accounting Act,
· responding to complaints within the period and in the manner provided by law,
c. establishing, defending, and pursuing claims, which includes, among others, pursuing our receivables under the contract for the period after which these claims become time-barred (Article 6(1)(f));
d. Our online store uses marketing tools, such as Google Ads, to optimize advertising campaigns. As part of this process, personal data, such as email addresses or IP addresses, may be collected and processed. This data is used solely to improve the quality of our advertisements and tailor them to your needs.

3) The recipients of your personal data will be postal and courier companies ensuring correspondence exchange between you and us, a security agency ensuring the safety of our facilities, and banks and financial institutions performing financial settlements of transactions resulting from the contract;
We cooperate with external service providers, such as Google, to carry out advertising campaigns. Personal data may be transferred to these providers, but it is used in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations. We will not share or resell your personal data to other third parties. We will use it only and exclusively for our purposes listed above.

4) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area;

5) you have the right to access your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object.

6) If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal;

RETURNS

1. A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises, in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, subject to the following conditions.
2. Withdrawal from the contract is made by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller.

4. Return shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
5. The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, provided that the goods are returned in an undamaged condition.
6. In case of signs of use, the Seller reserves the right to proportionally reduce the refunded amount.
7. The goods must be returned in an undamaged condition, allowing for further resale. This means that the Customer should return the product in its original packaging, secured with protective film. In the absence of original protection, the Seller has the right to apply a reduction to the refund.
8. The customer is entitled to a refund of delivery costs up to the cheapest available option offered by the Seller at the time of placing the order.
9. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to personalized (non-prefabricated) goods.
10. Products such as strip curtains, which consist of individually fitted elements (e.g., cut strips, crimped plates, mounting strips), are not subject to return.
11. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to orders where the goods are manufactured according to customer specifications or adapted to their individual needs.
12. The Seller recommends strip lengths in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations but may produce strips of dimensions indicated by the Customer. In the event of ordering strips inconsistent with the manufacturer’s recommendations, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.

COMPLAINTS

1. The Seller guarantees that all offered products are free from defects.
2. The goods are deemed delivered at the moment they are handed over to the transport company. From this moment, the risk of damage or loss of the goods rests with the Customer.
3. The Seller provides operating instructions from the manufacturer and, if necessary, additional product information.
4. The Seller does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
